Jason Knight is a veteran entrepreneur and executive coach with over 20 yrs experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry. Having founded, Scaled, and successfully exited his own MSP, Jason has an intimate understanding of operational hurdles and talent shortages that stall growth.

Today, Jason mentors fellow owners through the transition from "Lead Technician" to "Strategic CEO." Focusing on operational maturity and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), he helps leaders build resilient businesses that thrive independent of the owner’s daily involvement.

Jon Katz is the Chief Operating Officer at LISS Technologies, where he oversees day-to-day operations and drives strategic initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and client satisfaction. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, he brings deep expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and voice/IP solutions. Outside of his professional role, he pursues audio engineering and car-racing passions, blending technical skill and personal drive.

As a former MSP veteran and Vice President of Service at IronEdge Group, Mark Sowden specialized in client satisfaction, mentorship, and effective leadership through advanced KPI development and data analysis. Mark spent his IT career transforming technical challenges into seamless client successes by focusing on high-touch support and strategic training. He has since pivoted that passion for knowledge-sharing into a career in public education, where he now serves as a science teacher dedicated to fostering curiosity and analytical thinking.
