Reed Warren is President & CEO of iTValuations and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with over three decades of experience in the IT services and technology sector. Reed is also a Partner and Founding Member of Value Creation Academy.  Over the course of his career, he has advised on more than 90 successful M&A transactions across 19 countries and served over 700 firms, drawing on deep expertise in strategy, operations, and executive leadership. Known for his creative, collaborative approach and knack for navigating challenging negotiations, he’s a sought-after speaker and author in the valuation space.  

In his personal time, Reed enjoys boating with his wife and three adult sons, camping, hiking, and pursuing his love of flying as a newly certified commercial pilot.
